* Must be literate; High school diploma preferred.

* Must have a work record of manual labor and/or manual work.

* Must be able to stand,walk, lift, climb, balance own weight, crawl, reach in all directions, twist, use hands and fingers, perceive wet/dry, hot/cold, etc. and have a valid drivers license and be able to drive.

* Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 75 pounds.

* Must be able to work outside in any weather.

* Must be able to work in a very dusty environment and have the ability to wear a Respirator or Dust Mask.

* Must be able to stand for 8-12 hours.

* Must not fear heights.

* Must not have a fear of working in a confined space.

* Must be punctual for scheduled work shift.

* Must be flexible with work shift scheduling.

* Must be Drug/Alcohol Free.

* Must have a safe work history.
